Manfred Spalinger

Manfred Spalinger Manfred Spalinger (born in 1964) completed ten semesters of study in Slavic languages, eastern European history and philosophy as a student trainee at the University of Zurich in 1992. During this time, he worked in antique and retail book trade. He completed further training in information technology and in archiving. From 1999 to 2010, he was archivist in the state archives in Thurgovia, Switzerland; since then, he has been self-employed as an archive services expert for public, private, and company archives.

Due to his affinity for eastern European themes, Manfred Spalinger assists KOW on a regular basis in the areas of IT support, IT security, data bases and documentation (electronic and paper archiving).
