Regula Spalinger has been project manager at Forum RGOW in Zurich since 2013. Since 2022, Forum RGOW has been focusing its support on Ukrainian NGOs that are helping those particularly affected by the war. You can see the current partner organisations here.

At the same time, Ms Spalinger has close ties to civil society initiatives and human rights organisations in other Eastern European countries. She also maintains regular contacts with opposition diaspora groups, associations founded by expats and mixed chambers of commerce in Switzerland. In economic matters, her closest partners include the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Ukraine (HSU), Ukrainian-Swiss Business Asscociation (USBA) and her long-standing cooperation partner, the Joint Chamber of Commerce - JCC.

Through stays in these countries, repeated trips and her knowledge of languages and cultures, Regula Spalinger is particularly familiar with Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and the countries of Central Asia. She is also familiar with the eastern Adriatic region and the Western Balkans, including Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia.
