Kommunikation Ost-West (East-West Communications) offers import/export services which Swiss or East European small businesses often require, but only during planning and realization periods which are limited in time.

Thus, our customers must not hire their own long-term employees for the import/export sector between Switzerland and the nations in eastern Europe; instead, they can opt for the flexible and less expensive model of jobbing or cooperation contracts for a limited period of time.

We keep ourselves up to date in the markets we have chosen. Our area of work is clearly defined by geographical boundaries as follows:

Central Europe: Switzerland and nations which speak German.

Eastern Europe: Russia / CIS.
South-Eastern Europe: Focus markets Western Balcans - Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia.

For chosen projects: Central Asia - Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan.

Since 1999 the management of East-West Communications has been member of Transparency International Switzerland, the Swiss section of Transparency International. This organization also has many eastern European chapters (www.transparency.org).

Selected association membership: European Association of External Economy, Cooperation Council Switzerland l Russia www.ch-ru.org. Active membership with the two Swiss chambers of commerce oriented towards Central East Europe and East Europe: SEC (Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe www.sec-chamber.ch) and JCC (Joint Chambers of Commerce www.jointchambers.ch).
